Alteration of district ward boundaries
3.—(1) Each area that ceases to be part of a parish listed in the first column of the table in the Schedule and becomes part of the parish listed in the corresponding entry in the second column of that table, in consequence of the Council’s Order, ceases to be part of the district ward listed in the corresponding entry in the third column of that table and becomes part of the district ward listed in the corresponding entry in the fourth column of that table.
(2) In further consequence of the Council’s Order, the area that ceases to be part of the parish of Lower Hardres and becomes an unparished area ceases to be part of Chartham & Stone Street district ward and becomes part of Barton district ward.
