The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) Regulations 2002 E+W

2.—(1) The Genetically Modified Organisms (Deliberate Release) Regulations 2002 M1 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 15—

(a) in paragraph (e), in the second place it occurs, for “or” substitute “ and ”;

(b) omit paragraph (f).

(3) Omit regulations 17 and 17A.

(4) In Schedule 3, paragraph 1 for the words “and any specific identification,” substitute “ the unique identifier assigned in accordance with Regulation 65/2004, and any other ”.
