(a)omit sub-paragraph (c);
(b)at the end of sub-paragraph (d), omit “and”;
(c)in sub-paragraph (e), after the words “the Merchant Shipping (Safety of Navigation) Regulations 2002” insert–
“; and
(f)the Merchant Shipping (Life-Saving Appliances and Arrangements) Regulations 2020”.
