46. Schedule 2 makes amendments of the Insolvency Rules in consequence of the repeal of Schedule A1 to the Insolvency Act 1986(1).

Schedule A1 was repealed by paragraph 30 of Schedule 3 to the Corporate Insolvency and Governance Act 2020.

Explanatory Memorandum
