1. In this Schedule, a “HSAW enforcer” means—
(a)the Health and Safety Executive for Northern Ireland;
(b)the Department for the Economy in Northern Ireland;
(c)the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland; or
(d)the Secretary of State.
