5.  In regulation 1(7)(c)(ii) of the Merchant Shipping (Fire Protection: Large Ships) Regulations 1998(1), for “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2004” substitute “the Merchant Shipping (High Speed Craft) Regulations 2022”.
