Amendments of the Asylum Support Regulations 2000

2.—(1) The Asylum Support Regulations 2000(1) are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10(2)(2) (kind and levels of support for essential living needs), for “£40.85” substitute “£49.18”.

(3) In regulation 10A(3) (additional support for pregnant women and children under 3)—

(a) in the heading, for “under 3” substitute “under 4”;

(b) in paragraph (1)—

(i) for “under 3” substitute “under 4” in each place in which it occurs;

(ii) in the table—

(aa) in rows 1 and 3, for “£3.00” substitute “£5.25”;

(bb) in row 2, for “£5.00” substitute “£9.50”.
