Social Housing Rents (Exceptions and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2016

5.  In regulation 2 (interpretation) of the Social Housing Rents (Exceptions and Miscellaneous Provisions) Regulations 2016(1), for the definition of “community land trust” substitute—

““community land trust” has the same meaning as in section 2(7A) of the Leasehold Reform (Ground Rent) Act 2022(2);”.
