5. Gall grantiau gael eu talu yn unol â rheoliadau 6 i 8 isod mewn perthynas â deiliaid cyfrif dysgu unigol mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw addysg neu hyfforddiant y maent yn bwriadu ymgymryd â hwy—
(a)os nad yw'r deiliad cyfrif dysgu unigol, adeg talu'r grant, yn cael unrhyw ysgoloriaeth, grant neu lwfans arall sy'n cael eu talu o gronfeydd cyhoeddus mewn perthynas â chost gyfan yr addysg neu'r hyfforddiant o dan sylw; a
(b)os yw'r addysg neu'r hyfforddiant yn perthyn o fewn rheoliad 6.
