Gofyniad bod gwrandawiadau'n cael eu cynnal yn gyhoeddus
14.—(1) Rhaid i Bwyllgor gyhoeddi eu dyfarniad ar ganlyniad pob gwrandawiad yn gyhoeddus ac yn ddarostyngedig i baragraffau (2) a (3) rhaid cynnal holl wrandawiadau Pwyllgor yn gyhoeddus.
(2) Caiff Pwyllgor ystyried yn breifat ar unrhyw adeg ac at unrhyw ddiben yn ystod gwrandawiad neu ar ei ôl.
(3) Caiff Pwyllgor wahardd y cyhoedd o wrandawiad neu o unrhyw ran o wrandawiad—
(a)os yw'n ymddangos iddynt ei bod yn angenrheidiol gwahardd y cyhoedd er lles cyfiawnder;
(b)os yw'r athro neu'r athrawes gofrestredig y mae'r achos yn cael ei ddwyn yn eu herbyn yn gwneud cais ysgrifenedig i'r gwrandawiad gael ei gynnal yn breifat ac nad yw'r Pwyllgor o'r farn bod cynnal y gwrandawiad yn breifat yn groes i les y cyhoedd; neu
(c)os yw'n angenrheidiol er mwyn diogelu lles plant.
