Darparu gwybodaeth i'r Cyngor gan gyflogwyr
28.—(1) O dan yr amgylchiadau a bennir ym mharagraff (2), rhaid i gyflogydd athro neu athrawes gofrestredig roi i'r Cyngor gopïau o'r holl ddogfennau ac eitemau sydd wedi'u rhestru yn yr Atodlen sydd ar gael i'r cyflogydd mewn perthynas â'r athro hwnnw neu'r athrawes honno.
(2) Yr amgylchiadau a bennir yn y paragraff hwn yw—
(a)bod y cyflogydd wedi diswyddo'r athro neu'r athrawes ar sail anghymhwysedd; neu
(b)bod yr athro neu'r athrawes wedi ymddiswyddo mewn amgylchiadau lle y byddai'r cyflogydd wedi diswyddo neu wedi ystyried diswyddo yr athro neu'r athrawes, pe na bai wedi ymddiswyddo, ar sail o'r fath.
(3) Rhaid i'r Cyngor drefnu bod yr holl wybodaeth a roddir iddynt o dan y rheoliad hwn ar gael i Bwyllgor Ymchwilio.
(4) Yn y rheoliad hwn, mae “cyflogydd” yn cynnwys cyn-gyflogydd.
