Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Cyngor Addysgu Cyffredinol Cymru (Swyddogaethau) 2000.
Maent yn gwneud darpariaethau i'r Gofrestr o athrawon ac athrawesau sy'n cael ei chadw gan Gyngor Addysgu Cyffredinol Cymru gofnodi telerau gorchmynion disgyblu sy'n cael eu gwneud gan Gyngor Addysgu Cyffredinol Cymru neu Gyngor Addysgu Cyffredinol Lloegr. Mae'r ceryddon sy'n cael eu rhoi gan y naill neu'r llall o'r Cynghorau hyn i aros ar y Gofrestr am gyfnod o ddwy flynedd o'r dyddiad y mae'r cerydd yn cael ei roi.
