Cymhwyso ag anghymhwyso
10.—(1) Ni all llywodraethwr sefydledig a benodwyd i ysgol yn y grŵp gan gorff sefydledig fod yn llywodraethwr- aelod o'r corff sefydledig hwnnw ac ni chaiff bleidleisio ar benodiadau i'r corff sefydledig.
(2) Rhaid i aelod cymunedol—
(a)bod â buddiannau busnes neu fuddiannau eraill yn y gymuned leol;
(b)peidio â bod yn rhiant i ddisgybl cofrestredig, yn aelod o'r corff llywodraethu, yn aelod o'r staff addysgu neu o'r staff nad ydynt yn addysgu nac yn ddisgybl cofrestredig, yn unrhyw ysgol yn y grŵp;
(c)peidio â bod yn aelod etholedig o awdurdod addysg lleol sy'n cynnal unrhyw ysgol yn y grŵp nac yn berson a gyflogir gan awdurdod o'r fath yn ei swyddogaeth fel awdurdod addysg lleol; ac
(ch)bod wedi cyrraedd 18 oed ar ddyddiad ei benodi.
(3) Bydd llywodraethwr-aelod o'r corff sefydledig yn peidio â dal swydd pan fydd yn peidio â bod yn aelod o gorff llywodraethu'r ysgol a'i benododd.
(4) Ni chaiff aelod o'r corff sefydledig fod yn weithiwr cyflogedig i'r corff hwnnw.
