Disgyblion ag Anghenion Addysgol Arbennig
33. Rhaid i'r atodiadau i gynllun atodol ddangos—
(a)nifer y disgyblion sy'n destun datganiad a gofrestrwyd fel disgyblion mewn dosbarth prif-ffrwd mewn ysgolion prif-ffrwd a gynhelir gan yr awdurdod yn y flwyddyn ysgol sy'n dod i ben yn union cyn cyfnod y cynllun;
(b)nifer y disgyblion sy'n destun datganiad naill ai a gofrestrwyd fel disgyblion mewn dosbarth arbennig neu sy'n cael darpariaeth adnoddau arbennig mewn ysgolion prif-ffrwd a gynhelir gan yr awdurdod yn y flwyddyn ysgol sy'n dod i ben yn union cyn cyfnod y cynllun; ac
(c)nifer y disgyblion a gofrestrwyd mewn ysgolion arbennig a gynhelir gan yr awdurdod yn y flwyddyn ysgol sy'n dod i ben yn union cyn cyfnod y cynllun.
