Cyhoeddi'r cynllun strategol addysg
6.—(1) Rhaid i bob awdurdod gyhoeddi copi llawn o'i gynllun a gymeradwywyd—
(a)drwy sicrhau fod copi electronig neu ysgrifenedig ar gael i'w archwilio yn swyddfeydd yr awdurdod, a
(b)drwy ei osod gerbron y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol,
ar neu cyn diwrnod cyntaf y cynllun, neu cyn gynted ag y bo'n rhesymol ymarferol wedi i'r cynllun gael ei gymeradwyo, os yw hynny'n ddiweddarach.
(2) Rhaid i bob awdurdod ddarparu copi o'i gynllun a gymeradwywyd, neu fersiwn cryno ohono—
(a)i bennaeth a chadeirydd corff llywodraethu pob ysgol a gynhelir gan yr awdurdod; a
(b)i unrhyw berson arall os bydd y person hwnnw yn gwneud cais yn ysgrifenedig.
(3) Yn y rheoliad hwn ystyr “cynllun a gymeradwywyd” yw cynllun strategol addysg sy'n gynllun llawn, yn gynllun atodol, neu'n gynllun wedi'i addasu, lle mae'r datganiad o gynigion wedi cael ei gymeradwyo o dan adran 7(2) neu 7(8) o Ddeddf 1998, a rhaid dehongli “a gymeradwywyd” mewn perthynas â chynllun o'r fath yn unol â hynny.
(4) Bernir y bydd y gofyniad ym mharagraff (2)(a) wedi'i fodloni os bydd yr awdurdod wedi hysbysu'r personau y cyfeirir atynt yn y paragraff hwnnw fod cynllun yr awdurdod a gafodd ei gymeradwyo neu fersiwn gryno ohono ar gael ar wefan y mae'r awdurdod yn ei chynnal neu ar y Rhyngrwyd.
