Nodyn Esboniadol
(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Gorchymyn)
Mae'r Gorchymyn hwn yn datgymhwyso dros dro ac yn cymryd lle Gorchymyn Marchnadoedd, Gwerthiannau a Llociau 1925 (O.S. 1925/1349) (fel y'i diwygiwyd) mewn perthynas â Chymru.
Y mae'n gwahardd defnyddio tir ac adeiladau ar gyfer crynoadau anifeiliaid oni bai fod trwydded i ganiatáu'r gweithgarwch hwnnw (erthygl 3).
Mae'n gofyn bod—
tir ac adeiladau a ddefnyddir i grynhoi anifeiliaid arnynt ac ynddynt yn rhydd o anifeiliaid am 28 diwrnod cyn ac ar ôl y cyfryw ddigwyddiad oni bai y gellir glanhau y tir a'r adeiladau hynny a bod y tir a'r adeiladau hynny wedi'u glanhau a'u diheintio'n gywir (Atodlen 1 paragraffau 1 — 5);
tir ac adeiladau sydd wedi cael eu halogi yn cael eu glanhau a'u diheintio cyn cael eu defnyddio i grynhoi anifeiliaid (Atodlen 1, paragraff 6);
deunydd gwastraff sy'n deillio o grynoadau anifeiliaid yn cael ei waredu yn gywir (Atodlen 1, Paragraff 7).
Ni pharatowyd arfarniad o'r rheoliadau hyn ar gyfer y Gorchymyn hwn.
