Newid meddiannaeth safleoedd
21.—(1) Os, pan fydd ei hawl i feddiannu unrhyw safle yn dod i ben, y bydd perchennog unrhyw anifail ar y safle hwnnw yn methu ei symud o'r safle hwnnw oherwydd unrhyw gyfyngiad a osodir gan y Gorchymyn hwn neu oddi tano, rhaid i'r person sydd â'r hawl i feddiannu'r safle hwnnw—
(a)rhoi i berchennog yr anifail hwnnw ac unrhyw berson a awdurdodir ganddo i'r pwrpas, yr holl gyfleusterau hynny y gallai'r perchennog yn rhesymol ofyn amdanynt ac a allai fod yn angenrheidiol ar gyfer bwydo, tendio neu ddefnyddio'r anifail hwnnw mewn ffordd arall (gan gynnwys ei werthu); neu
(b)pan nad yw perchennog yr anifail hwnnw'n gallu manteisio ar y cyfleusterau hynny, neu'n anfodlon gwneud hynny, cymryd yr holl gamau o'r fath a allai fod yn angenrheidiol i sicrhau bod yr anifail yn cael ei fwydo, ei dendio a'i gadw'n iawn.
(2) Bydd darpariaethau paragraff (1) yn dal i fod yn gymwys hyd nes bydd cyfnod o saith diwrnod wedi mynd heibio ers y dyddiad y bydd unrhyw gyfyngiadau ar symud yr anifail oddi ar y safle yn peidio â bod yn gymwys, a pherchennog yr anifail fydd yn atebol am dalu i'r person sy'n darparu unrhyw gyfleusterau neu borthiant, sy'n tendio neu fel arall yn cadw'r anifeiliaid, yn unol â'r darpariaethau hynny, unrhyw symiau, o ran tâl ac ad-daliad o dreuliau, sy'n gyfiawn ac yn rhesymol o dan yr holl amgylchiadau.
