RHAN 1ENWI, CYCHWYN, CYMHWYSO A DEHONGLI

Enwi, cychwyn a chymhwyso

1.—(1) Enw'r Rheoliadau hyn yw Rheoliadau Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref (Hysbysiadau Gorfodi ac Apelau) (Cymru) 2003 a byddant yn dod i rym ar 1 Mawrth 2003.

(2) Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i Gymru.

Dehongli

2.  Yn y rheoliadau hyn:

“awdurdod cynllunio lleol” (“local planning authority”) yw'r corff sy'n cyhoeddi'r hysbysiad gorfodi perthnasol;

“y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol” (“the National Assembly”) yw Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru;

“y Ddeddf Adeiladau Rhestredig” (“the Listed Buildings Act”) yw Deddf Cynllunio (Adeiladau Rhestredig ac Ardaloedd Cadwraeth) 1990;

“y Ddeddf Gynllunio” (“the Planning Act”) yw Deddf Cynllunio Gwlad a Thref 1990; a

“hysbysiad gorfodi” (“enforcement notice”) yw hysbysiad a gyhoeddir o dan adran 172(1)(1) o'r Ddeddf Gynllunio neu adran 38(1) o'r Ddeddf Adeiladau Rhestredig.
