Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion sy'n Tarddu o Anifeiliaid (Mewnforion Trydydd Gwledydd) (Cymru) 2004. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Efallai na fydd deddfwriaeth ddiwygiedig sydd ar y safle hwn yn gwbl gyfoes. Cofnodir newidiadau ac effeithiau gan ein tîm golygyddol mewn rhestrau sydd i'w gweld yn yr adran 'Newidiadau i Ddeddfwriaeth'. Os nad yw'r effeithiau hynny wedi'u cymhwyso eto i destun y ddeddfwriaeth gan y tîm golygyddol maent hefyd wedi'u rhestru ochr yn ochr â'r ddeddfwriaeth yn y darpariaethau yr effeithir arnynt. 24.—(1) Mae'r rheoliad hwn yn gymwys —
(a)pan fydd llwyth neu gynnyrch yn cael ei gyflwyno i Gymru o drydedd wlad ond nad yw'n cael ei roi yn unol â rheoliad 18;
(b)pan fydd llwyth neu gynnyrch sy'n tarddu o drydedd wlad wedi'i gyflwyno i Gymru o rywle arall yn y tiriogaethau perthnasol, ond nad yw wedi'i roi wrth fan archwilio ar y ffin yno;
(c)pan fydd y man archwilio ar y ffin ar gyfer y gyrchfan i lwyth o gynhyrchion Erthygl 9 yng Nghymru ond nad yw'r llwyth yn cael ei roi yno yn unol â rheoliad 18(1); ac
(ch)pan fydd llwyth sy'n cael ei gyflwyno i Gymru yn cael ei roi i'r milfeddyg swyddogol wrth fan archwilio ar y ffin nad yw wedi'i ddynodi na'i gymeradwyo ar gyfer gwiriadau milfeddygol ar y cynhyrchion sy'n ffurfio'r llwyth hwnnw.
(2) O dan yr amgylchiadau a ddisgrifiwyd yn is-baragraffau (1)(a), (b) ac (c) rhaid i swyddog awdurdodedig, drwy hysbysiad ysgrifenedig a gyflwynir i'r person y mae'n ymddangos ei fod â gofal dros y llwyth, ac, o dan yr amgylchiadau a ddisgrifiwyd yn is-baragraff (1)(ch), rhaid i'r milfeddyg swyddogol, drwy hysbysiad ysgrifenedig a gyflwynir i'r person sy'n gyfrifol amdano, gymryd y llwyth neu'r cynnyrch o dan ei ofal a naill ai —
(a)ei ailanfon, drwy'r dull cludo a ddefnyddiwyd i'w gyflwyno am y tro cyntaf i'r tiriogaethau perthnasol, i gyrchfan y cytunwyd arni gyda'r perchennog, o dan yr amgylchiadau a ddisgrifiwyd yn is-baragraffau 1(a), (b) ac (c), neu gyda'r person sy'n gyfrifol am y llwyth, o dan yr amgylchiadau a ddisgrifiwyd yn is-baragraff (1)(ch), a honno'n gyrchfan mewn trydedd wlad o fewn cyfnod o drigain niwrnod sy'n dechrau ar y diwrnod ar ôl diwrnod cyflwyno'r hysbysiad; neu
(b)ei waredu fel petai'n ddeunydd Categori 1 o dan Reoliad (EC) Rhif 1774/2002 yn y cyfleusterau agosaf at y man lle mae'r swyddog awdurdodedig neu'r milfeddyg swyddogol yn ei gymryd o dan ei ofal a'r rheini'n gyfleusterau a ddarparwyd at y diben hwnnw.
