Mae newidiadau yn dal heb eu gwneud i Rheoliadau Cynhyrchion sy'n Tarddu o Anifeiliaid (Mewnforion Trydydd Gwledydd) (Cymru) 2004. Mae unrhyw newidiadau sydd wedi cael eu gwneud yn barod gan y tîm yn ymddangos yn y cynnwys a chyfeirir atynt gydag anodiadau.
Changes to Legislation
Nid yw newidiadau ac effeithiau sydd eto i'w gwneud gan y tîm golygyddol ond yn berthnasol wrth edrych ar y fersiwn ddiweddaraf neu fersiwn ragolygol o ddeddfwriaeth. Felly, nid oes modd eu gweld wrth edrych ar ddeddfwriaeth fel y mae ar bwynt penodol mewn amser. 33.—(1) Caiff person y cyflwynwyd hysbysiad iddo o dan baragraff (4) o reoliad 30 neu baragraff (1) neu (2) o reoliad 32 o fewn un ar hugain o ddiwrnodau gan ddechrau ar y diwrnod y cyflwynwyd yr hysbysiad—
(a)darparu sylwadau ysgrifenedig i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol; a
(b)rhoi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig ei fod yn dymuno ymddangos gerbron person annibynnol a benodwyd gan y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol a chael gwrandawiad ganddo.
(2) Pan fydd apelydd yn rhoi hysbysiad o'i ddymuniad i ymddangos gerbron person annibynnol a benodwyd at y diben a chael gwrandawiad ganddo—
(a)rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol benodi person annibynnol i wrando sylwadau a phennu terfyn amser erbyn pryd y mae'n rhaid cyflwyno sylwadau i'r person annibynnol hwnnw;
(b)ac eithrio gyda chydsyniad yr apelydd, rhaid i'r person a benodir felly beidio â bod yn swyddog neu was i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol;
(c)os yw'r apelydd yn gofyn am hynny, rhaid i'r gwrandawiad fod yn gyhoeddus;
(ch)rhaid i'r person annibynnol gyflwyno adroddiad i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol; a
(d)os yw'r apelydd yn gofyn am hynny, rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol ddarparu copi o adroddiad y person annibynnol i'r apelydd.
(3) Rhaid i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol roi hysbysiad ysgrifenedig i'r apelydd o'i ddyfarniad terfynol a'r rhesymau drosto.
