Eithrio
2.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2), nid yw'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i wiriadau milfeddygol ar symudiadau anifeiliaid anwes (ac eithrio equidae) y mae person naturiol yn mynd gyda hwy ac yn gyfrifol drostynt, pan nad yw'r symudiadau hynny yn destun trafodiad masnachol.
(2) Pan fo unrhyw berson yn mynd gyda mwy na phum anifail anwes sy'n teithio gyda'i gilydd ac yntau'n gyfrifol drostynt a bod yr anifeiliaid hynny —
(a)yn perthyn bob un i rywogaeth a restrir yn Atodiad I i Reoliad (EC) Rhif 998/2003(1); a
(b)yn dod o drydedd wlad nad yw'n un o'r rhai a restrir yn adran 2 o ran B o Atodiad II i Reoliad (EC) Rhif 998/2003,
mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys i'r gwiriadau milfeddygol ar symudiadau'r anifeiliaid hynny, er gwaethaf y ffaith nad yw eu symud yn destun trafodiad masnachol.
