Cyrraedd y gyrchfan
22.—(1) Ar ôl iddynt gyrraedd eu cyrchfan, rhaid i eliffantod ac anifeiliaid sy'n perthyn i urdd yr Artiodactyla (a'u croesfridiau) sydd i'w defnyddio ar gyfer bridio, cynhyrchu neu besgi, neu sydd wedi'u bwriadu ar gyfer swau, parciau adloniant, gwarchodfeydd hela neu warchodfeydd bywyd gwyllt, gael eu cadw'n gaeth yn y fangre gan y person sydd â rheolaeth ar y fangre honno am o leiaf 30 niwrnod, a rhaid i'r person hwnnw beidio â'u rhyddhau oni chaiff awdurdodiad ysgrifenedig gan swyddog awdurdodedig i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
(2) Nid yw paragraff (1) yn gymwys yn achos anifeiliaid sy'n cael eu hanfon yn uniongyrchol i ladd-dy.
(3) Rhaid i anfeiliaid o rywogaeth nad yw paragraff (2) yn gymwys iddynt ac sydd i'w defnyddio ar gyfer bridio neu gynhyrchu gael eu cadw'n gaeth yn y gyrchfan gan y person y mae'r fangre honno o dan ei reolaeth, a rhaid iddo beidio â'u rhyddhau oni chaiff awdurdodiad ysgrifenedig gan swyddog awdurdodedig i'r Cynulliad Cenedlaethol.
