(Nid yw'r nodyn hwn yn rhan o'r Rheoliadau)
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn, sy'n dod i rym ar 5 Mai 2005, yn diwygio Rheoliadau Tir Mynydd (Cymru) 2001 (“y prif Reoliadau”) er mwyn:
(a)gwneud diwygiadau canlyniadol yn sgil newidiadau i'r polisi amaethyddol cyffredin o ran y Cynllun Taliad Sengl.
(b)darparu y gellir gwneud taliadau Tir Mynydd i geiswyr a gafodd Lwfansau Iawndal Da Byw Tir Uchel ar gyfer Lwfansau cynllun blwyddyn 2000 hyd yn oed os nad ydynt wedi hawlio cymorth da byw o ran defaid neu fuchod sugno neu'r ddau yn ystod y flwyddyn y cyflwynir y cais Tir Mynydd (Rheoliad 4(4)).
(c)tynnu rheoliad 8(b) er mwyn osgoi'r posibiliad o gyllido dwbl (Rheoliad 6).
(ch)sicrhau bod cymhwyster ar gyfer y cynllun yn cydymffurfio â darpariaethau'r Cod Ymarfer Ffermio Da a nodir yng Nghynllun Datblygu Gwledig Cymru 2000 — 2006, a gwneud darpariaeth ar gyfer sefydlu system o gosbau cymesur a fydd yn gymwys mewn achosion pan na chydymffurfir â'r Cod. (Rheoliad 4(3) a Rheoliad 8).
(d)darparu ar gyfer mân newidiadau a newidiadau yn y diffiniadau o ganlyniad i'r diwygiadau a nodir uchod.
