Datgelu gwybodaeth adran 56 at ddibenion swyddogaethau asiantaeth
7.—(1) Caiff asiantaeth fabwysiadu ddatgelu gwybodaeth adran 56 nad yw'n wybodaeth a ddiogelir(1) fel y gwêl orau at ddibenion cyflawni ei swyddogaethau fel asiantaeth fabwysiadu.
(2) Caiff asiantaeth fabwysiadu ddatgelu gwybodaeth adran 56 (gan gynnwys gwybodaeth a ddiogelir) i asiantaeth cefnogi mabwysiadu gofrestredig sy'n darparu gwasanaethau i'r asiantaeth fabwysiadu mewn cysylltiad ag unrhyw rai o'i swyddogaethau o dan adran 61 neu 62 o'r Ddeddf.
(3) Caiff asiantaeth fabwysiadu ddatgelu gwybodaeth adran 56 (gan gynnwys gwybodaeth a ddiogelir) i berson a awdurdodwyd yn ysgrifenedig gan Gynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru i gael gwybodaeth at ddibenion ymchwil.
