1. Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn gymwys o ran Cymru ac maent yn cywiro camgymeriadau i Reoliadau Mêl 2003 O.S. 2003/2243, er mwyn sicrhau bod Cyfarwyddeb y Cyngor 2001/110/EC ynghylch mêl (OJ Rhif L10, 12.1.2002, t.47) yn cael ei throsi'n gywir.
2. Mae arfarniad rheoleiddiol llawn am yr effaith a gaiff y Rheoliadau hyn ar gostau busnes wedi'i baratoi yn unol ag adran 65 o Ddeddf Llywodraeth Cymru 1998 a'i osod yn llyfrgell Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru. Gellir cael copïau oddi wrth yr Asiantaeth Safonau Bwyd, Llawr 11, Southgate House, Wood Street, Caerdydd CF10 1EW.
