Atebolrwydd am ffioedd
34.—(1) Rhaid i'r awdurdod gorfodi hysbysu'r person sy'n gyfrifol am lwyth o'r ffi sydd i'w thalu am y rheolaethau a gyflawnwyd arno gan yr awdurdod.
(2) Os gofynnir amdani, bydd unrhyw ffi yr hysbysir person ohoni o dan baragraff (1) yn daladwy gan y person hwnnw i'r awdurdod gorfodi.
(3) Y ffi y cyfeirir ati ym mharagraff (1) yw unrhyw ffi am y costau a dynnir mewn cysylltiad â'r llwyth gan yr awdurdod gorfodi sy'n gweithredu fel yr awdurdod cymwys at ddibenion Erthygl 22 o Reoliad 882/2004 yn rhinwedd rheoliad 29(2).
