Appointed Day

2.—(1) 16 March 2005 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 42 and 43 of the Act;

(2) 1 April 2005 is the appointed day for the coming into force of sections 35, 36, 37, 38, 39, 40 and 41 of the Act.
