2.—(1) Yn y rheoliadau hyn—
ystyr “cynigion statudol” (“statutory proposals”) yw cynigion a gyhoeddwyd o dan adran 28;
ystyr “Cynulliad Cenedlaethol” (“National Assembly”) yw Cynulliad Cenedlaethol Cymru;
ystyr “nifer a dderbynnir” (“admission number”) yw nifer y disgyblion yn unrhyw grŵp oedran perthnasol y bwriedir eu derbyn yn unrhyw flwyddyn ysgol fel a benderfynir neu, lle bo'r cyd-destun yn mynnu, y bwridedir ei benderfynu, gan awdurdod derbyn yn unol ag adran 89A(1);
ystyr “y Ddeddf” (“the Act”) yw Deddf Safonau a Fframwaith Ysgolion 1998.
(2) Mae unrhyw gyfeiriad yn y rheoliadau hyn at adran â Rhif neu Atodlen â Rhif yn gyfeiriad at yr adran honno o'r Ddeddf neu'r Atodlen honno i'r Ddeddf.
