31. Ar ôl rheoliad 39(2)(b) mewnosoder—
“(c)pan fydd gwladwriaeth y mae'r myfyriwr yn wladolyn ohoni yn ymaelodi â'r Gymuned Ewropeaidd os yw'r myfyriwr wedi preswylio fel arfer yn y Deyrnas Unedig a'r Ynysoedd drwy'r cyfnod o dair blynedd sy'n union o flaen diwrnod cyntaf blwyddyn gyntaf y cwrs academaidd;
(ch)pan fydd y myfyriwr yn caffael yr hawl i breswylio'n barhaol (fel y'i diffinnir yn Rhan 1 o Atodlen 1);
(d)pan fydd y myfyriwr yn dod yn berson a ddisgrifir ym mharagraff 6(1)(a) o Atodlen 1; neu
(dd)pan fydd y myfyriwr yn dod yn blentyn i wladolyn Swisaidd.”.
