39. Hepgorer rheoliad 55(3)(a) ac yn lle rheoliad 55 (3)(b) rhodder y canlynol—
“(b)os bydd un o'r digwyddiadau a restrir ym mharagraff (14) o reoliad 50 yn digwydd ar ôl diwrnod cyntaf y flwyddyn academaidd y mae'r ceisydd yn gwneud cais am gymorth ynglŷn â hi, ac yn yr achos hwn rhaid i'r cais gyrraedd y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol o fewn cyfnod o chwe mis sy'n dechrau ar y dyddiad pan fo'r digwyddiad yn digwydd.”.
