The Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (Wales) Order 2006

Title, application and interpretation

1.—(1) The title of this Order is the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005 (Commencement No. 2, Transitional Provisions and Savings) (Wales) Order 2006.

(2) This Order applies in relation to Wales.

(3) In this Order—

“ the 1978 Act” (“Deddf 1978”) means the Refuse Disposal (Amenity) Act 1978(1);

“the 1984 Act” (“Deddf 1984”) means the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984(2);

“the 1996 Act” (“Deddf 1996”) means the Dogs (Fouling of Land) Act 1996(3);

“the 2005 Act” (“Deddf 2005”) means the Clean Neighbourhoods and Environment Act 2005.
