The National Assembly for Wales, in exercise of the powers conferred on it by sections 1, 7(1), 7(2), 8(1), 11, 15(5), 17(1), 23, 25, 28, 35(1), 35(3), 38(1), 65(A)(3) and 83(2) of the Animal Health Act 1981(1), makes the following Order:

1981 c. 22, as amended by the Animal Health Act 2002, c. 42, S.I. 2003/1734 and S.I. 2003/2035. Functions transferred to the National Assembly by the National Assembly (Transfer of Functions) Orders 1999 and 2004 (S.I. 1999/672 and S.I. 2004/3044 respectively).
