5.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2) isod, pan fydd archwiliad mewn labordy o sampl a gymerwyd oddi wrth anifail buchol yn dangos tystiolaeth o fodolaeth lewcosis buchol ensootig, rhaid i'r person â gofal y labordy hysbysu'r Rheolwr Milfeddygol Rhanbarthol ar gyfer yr ardal lle y cymerwyd y sampl neu'r ardal lle mae'r labordy am y ffaith honno o fewn 24 awr.
(2) Nid yw'r rhwymedigaeth i hysbysu ym mharagraff (1) yn gymwys pan fydd lewcosis buchol ensootig wedi'i gyflwyno i sampl labordy yn fwriadol.
