Darparu copïau o Gynllun Addysg Sengl
12.—(1) Rhaid i bob awdurdod ddarparu copi o'i Gynllun Addysg Sengl ar gyfer—
(a)yr holl rai hynny y mae'n ofynnol ymgynghori â hwy o dan reoliad 6; a
(b)unrhyw berson sy'n gofyn am gopi.
(2) Rhaid darparu copi o'r diwygiadau a wneir i'r Targedau yn unol â rheoliad 9 ar gyfer—
(a)y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol;
(b)pob ysgol a gynhelir gan yr awdurdod; ac
(c)unrhyw berson sy'n gofyn am gopi.
(3) Rhaid darparu copi o'r diwygiadau a wneir i'r Wybodaeth Ategol yn unol â rheoliad 10 ar gyfer—
(a)y Cynulliad Cenedlaethol;
(b)pob ysgol a gynhelir gan yr awdurdod; ac
(c) unrhyw berson sy'n gofyn am gopi.
(4) Pan fo person yn gofyn am gopi o dan baragraff (1), (2) neu (3) caniateir bodloni'r gofyniad drwy anfon y copi'n electronig.
