Diwygio Targedau
9.—(1) Rhaid diwygio'r Targedau, a rhaid cyhoeddi'r Targedau diwygiedig ar 31 Gorffennaf 2007 neu cyn hynny.
(2) Rhaid i'r Targedau diwygiedig gwmpasu blwyddyn ysgol 2007-08 a blwyddyn ysgol 2008-09.
(3) Nid oes angen i'r awdurdod ymgynghori ynghylch ei Dargedau diwygiedig.
