Amendment to the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (Wales) Regulations 2005
3. In paragraph 11 of Schedule 1 to the Education (Induction Arrangements for School Teachers) (Wales) Regulations 2005(1) for the words “Article 3 of Council Directive 89/48 EEC on a general system for the recognition of higher-education diplomas awarded on completion of professional education and training of at least three years' duration” substitute “The European Communities (Recognition of Professional Qualifications) Regulations 2007”.
