2.—(1) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn—
ystyr “awdurdod lleol” (“local authority”) yw cyngor sir neu gyngor bwrdeistref sirol yng Nghymru;
ystyr “darparydd gwasanaethau eirioli” (“provider of advocacy services”) yw corff neu berson, gan gynnwys corff gwirfoddol, sy'n cyflogi personau y gellir rhoi cyfarwyddyd iddynt weithredu fel EAGM ac sy'n peri eu bod ar gael;
ystyr “y Ddeddf” (“the Act”) yw Deddf Galluedd Meddyliol 2005;
ystyr “EAGM” (“IMCA”) yw eiriolwr annibynnol galluedd meddyliol.
(2) Yn y Rheoliadau hyn, mae cyfeiriadau at roi cyfarwyddyd i berson weithredu fel EAGM yn gyfeiriadau at gyfarwyddyd a roddir yn unol ag adrannau 37, 38 a 39 o'r Ddeddf neu'n unol â'r Rheoliadau hyn.
