Enwi, cychwyn a dehongli
1.—(1) Enw'r Gorchymyn hwn yw Gorchymyn Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Gogledd-ddwyrain Cymru (Trosglwyddo Staff, Eiddo, Hawliau a Rhwymedigaethau) 2008 a daw i rym ar 1 Gorffennaf 2008.
(2) Yn y Gorchymyn hwn, onid yw'r cyd-destun yn mynnu fel arall:
ystyr “y dyddiad trosglwyddo” (“the transfer date”) “yw 1 Gorffennaf 2008;
ystyr “yr hen ymddiriedolaeth” (“the old trust”) yw Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Gogledd-ddwyrain Cymru a sefydlwyd ar 4 Ionawr 1999;
ystyr “yr ymddiriedolaeth newydd” (“the new trust”) yw Ymddiriedolaeth Gwasanaeth Iechyd Gwladol Gogledd Cymru a sefydlwyd ar 25 Mehefin 2008.
