34.—(1) Rhaid i'r Awdurdod Trwyddedau drefnu bod y gofrestr ar gael i'w harchwilio ar bob adeg resymol ac yn rhad ac am ddim —
(a)i'r graddau y mae'n ymwneud â gwybodaeth gyfyngedig, gan unrhyw berson sydd ag awdurdod i gyflawni gwaith o unrhyw ddisgrifiad yn y stryd, neu y mae'n ymddangos fel arall i'r awdurdod fod ganddo fuddiant digonol, a
(b)i'r graddau y mae'n ymwneud â gwybodaeth nad yw wedi'i chyfyngu, gan unrhyw berson.
(2) At ddibenion paragraff (1), mae gwybodaeth gyfyngedig —
(a)yn wybodaeth yr ardystiwyd gan yr Ysgrifennydd Gwladol, neu gyda'i awdurdodiad, ei bod yn wybodaeth gyfyngedig at ddibenion diogelwch gwladol; neu
(b)yn wybodaeth yr ardystiwyd gan ymgymerwr, neu gyda'i awdurdodiad, ei bod yn wybodaeth gyfyngedig oherwydd y byddai ei datgelu yn rhagfarnu buddiannau masnachol yr ymgymerwr hwnnw, neu'n debygol o wneud hynny.
