PART 2 APPLYING FOR SUPPORTAND ELIGIBILITY

Designated courses

9.  A course is designated for the purposes of section 22(1) of the 1998 Act and regulation 8 if it is—

(a) a postgraduate or comparable course;

(b) a full-time course;

(c) of at least one academic year’s duration; and

(d) provided by the Institute.
