30.—(1) Rhaid i unrhyw berson y mae'n ofynnol cael ei gydsyniad cyn bod unrhyw waith sy'n ofynnol gan y Rheoliadau hyn yn cael ei wneud, roi, neu ymuno i roi, hawliau o'r fath mewn perthynas ag unrhyw dir neu ddŵr a fyddai'n galluogi'r gweithredwr, neu berson sy'n gweithredu ar ran y gweithredwr, wneud y gwaith hwnnw.
(2) Mae gan berson sy'n rhoi, neu sy'n ymuno i roi, unrhyw hawliau sy'n ofynnol gan baragraff (1) hawlogaeth i gael gan y gweithredwr iawndal a benderfynir yn unol ag Atodlen 6.
