Trothwyon asesu
10.—(1) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru ddosbarthu pob parth yn ôl p'un a yw trothwyon asesu uwch neu is a bennir yn Adran I o Atodiad II i Gyfarwyddeb 2004/107/EC yn cael eu croesi ai peidio mewn perthynas ag arsenig, cadmiwm, nicel a benso(a)pyren.
(2) Rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru adolygu'r dosbarthiad parthau ym mharagraff (1) o leiaf bob pum mlynedd, a rhaid gwneud hynny'n amlach na phob pum mlynedd os oes newidiadau sylweddol yn y gweithgareddau a allai effeithio ar lefelau'r llygryddion mewn aer amgylchynol y cyfeirir atynt ym mharagraff (1).
(3) Pan fyddant yn adolygu'r dosbarthiad parthau yn unol â'r trothwyon asesu, rhaid i Weinidogion Cymru gydymffurfio ag Adran II o Atodiad II i Gyfarwyddeb 2004/107/EC.
