Diwygio Rheoliadau

2.—(1) Mae Rheoliadau Addysg (Y Diwrnod Ysgol a'r Flwyddyn Ysgol) (Cymru) 2003(1) wedi eu diwygio fel a ganlyn.

(2) Ar ddiwedd rheoliad 4 mewnosoder—

“(7) Mae'r cyfeiriad ym mharagraff (2) at 380 o sesiynau i'w cymryd fel cyfeiriad at 378 o sesiynau mewn perthynas â'r flwyddyn ysgol 2010-2011 a'r flwyddyn ysgol 2011-2012.”.

(3) Yn lle rheoliad 5, rhodder—

“5.—(1) Mae'r paragraff hwn yn gymwys i unrhyw sesiwn ysgol sy'n dod o fewn y flwyddyn ysgol 2010-2011 a gaiff ei neilltuo (yn llwyr neu yn bennaf) i ddarparu hyfforddiant (gan gynnwys hyfforddiant a fynychir gan staff sy'n addysgu a staff nad ydynt yn addysgu a hyfforddiant a gynhelir ar y cyd ag ysgolion eraill), neu baratoi a chynllunio, ar gyfer athrawon mewn ysgolion a gynhelir.

(2) Bydd paragraff (1) yn effeithiol o ran dim mwy na phedair sesiwn ysgol yn nhrydydd tymor y flwyddyn ysgol y mae'r paragraff hwnnw yn gymwys iddi.

(3) Os caiff ysgol, yn ystod tymor cyntaf neu ail dymor y flwyddyn ysgol y mae paragraff (1) yn gymwys iddi, ei hatal rhag cyfarfod oherwydd tywydd gwael, mae nifer y sesiynau ysgol y darperir ar eu cyfer ym mharagraff (2), sef pedair sesiwn, i'w leihau ar gyfer y flwyddyn honno â nifer y sesiynau ysgol pan nad oedd yr ysgol yn gallu cyfarfod (hyd at uchafswm o bedair).

(4) Pan fo paragraff (1) yn gymwys o ran sesiwn ysgol, mae'r sesiwn honno i'w hystyried at ddibenion rheoliad 4 yn sesiwn pryd yr oedd yr ysgol wedi cyfarfod.”.
