Talu ffioedd
34.—(1) Mae'r ffioedd y mae'r Comisiynwyr wedi'u hawdurdodi ar y pryd i ofyn amdanynt, i'w cymryd ac i'w hadennill, mewn perthynas â llongau a nwyddau neu fel arall o dan unrhyw ddeddfiad, yn daladwy cyn symud allan o'r harbwr unrhyw longau neu nwyddau y mae'r ffioedd yn daladwy mewn perthynas â hwy, a cheir gofyn amdanynt, eu cymryd, a'u hadennill gan y cyfryw bersonau, yn y cyfryw fannau ar y cyfryw adegau ac o dan y cyfryw delerau ac amodau a bennir gan y Comisiynwyr o bryd i'w gilydd yn eu rhestr gyhoeddedig o ffioedd.
(2) Mae'r ffioedd sy'n daladwy i'r Comisiynwyr yn daladwy gan berchennog unrhyw long neu nwyddau y mae'r ffioedd yn daladwy mewn perthynas â hi neu hwy.
(3) Pan fo'r ffioedd sy'n daladwy i'r Comisiynwyr yn adenilladwy ganddynt o fwy nag un person, mae'r personau y gellir eu hadennill ohonynt yn atebol ar y cyd ac yn unigol.
(4) Heb leihau effaith paragraff (1), caiff y telerau ac amodau a bennir o bryd i'w gilydd gan y Comisiynwyr ynglŷn â thalu ffioedd gynnwys yr amser pan ddaw ffi yn ddyledus i'w thalu, a chânt ei gwneud yn ofynnol bod perchennog neu feistr llong, neu berson sy'n defnyddio gwasanaeth neu gyfleuster y Comisiynwyr, yn rhoi i'r Comisiynwyr pa bynnag wybodaeth y gofynnir amdani gan y Comisiynwyr mewn cysylltiad ag asesu neu gasglu ffi.
