Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn rhoi effaith, o ran Cymru, i Reoliad Gweithredu'r Comisiwn (EU) Rhif 543/2011 dyddiedig 7 Mehefin 2011 sy'n gosod rheolau manwl ar gyfer cymhwyso Rheoliad y Cyngor (EC) Rhif 1234/2007 mewn perthynas â'r sectorau ffrwythau a llysiau a ffrwythau a llysiau wedi eu prosesu (OJ Rhif L 157, 15.6.2011, t.1) “Rheoliad Gweithredu'r Comisiwn 543/2011”.
Mae Rheoliad Gweithredu'r Comisiwn 543/2011 yn cydgrynhoi Rheoliad (EC) Rhif 1580/2007 (OJ Rhif L 350, 31.12.2007, t.1) a oedd wedi ei ddiwygio.
Mae'r Rheoliadau hyn yn diwygio Rheoliadau Marchnata Cynnyrch Garddwriaethol Ffres (Cymru) 2009, O.S. 2009/1551 (Cy. 151) er mwyn diweddaru'r cyfeiriadau angenrheidiol at ddeddfwriaeth berthnasol yr UE.
