Twnelau turiedig
32.—(1) Mae erthygl 4 yn gymwys i dyddodiad neu weithgaredd gweithiau a ymgymerir yn gyfan gwbl o dan wely'r môr mewn cysylltiad ag adeiladu neu weithredu twnnel turiedig.
(2) Mae paragraff (1) yn ddarostyngedig i amodau 1 a 2.
(3) Amod 1 yw fod rhaid hysbysu'r awdurdod trwyddedu, mewn ysgrifen, o'r bwriad i ymgymryd â'r gweithgaredd, cyn ymgymryd â'r gweithgaredd.
(4) Amod 2 yw fod rhaid i'r gweithgaredd beidio â chael effaith anffafriol ar amgylchedd Cymru a rhanbarth glannau Cymru, nac ar yr adnoddau byw y mae'r amgylchedd hwnnw'n eu cynnal.
(5) Ond nid yw erthygl 4 yn gymwys i ddyddodiad a wneir at y diben o waredu.
