Brechu gorfodol
25.—(1) Caiff Gweinidogion Cymru ddatgan parth brechu, ac eithrio mewn parth gwyliadwriaeth.
(2) Pan fo parth brechu wedi ei ddatgan, rhaid i feddiannydd unrhyw fangre o fewn y parth hwnnw sicrhau bod y ceffylau yn ei fangre yn cael eu brechu yn unol â’r datganiad hwnnw, ond mae hyn yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (4).
(3) Caiff mangre sydd yn rhannol y tu mewn ac yn rhannol y tu allan i barth brechu ei thrin fel petai y tu mewn i’r parth hwnnw.
(4) Caiff arolygydd milfeddygol gyflwyno hysbysiad i unrhyw berson â cheffyl yn ei feddiant neu o dan ei gyfrifoldeb, ac eithrio un a gedwir mewn parth gwyliadwriaeth, i’w gwneud yn ofynnol i’r person hwnnw frechu’r ceffyl yn unol â’r hysbysiad (p’un a ddatganwyd parth brechu o dan baragraff (1) ai peidio).
