10. Where the applicant is engaged in one or more employments specified in paragraph 9(1), but the applicant’s earnings derived from such employments are less than £20 in any week and the applicant is also engaged in any other employment, so much of the applicant’s earnings from that other employment, up to £5 if the applicant is a single applicant, or up to £10 if the applicant has a partner, as would not in aggregate with the amount of the applicant’s earnings disregarded under paragraph 9 exceed £20.E+W
