Amser y mae hysbysiad yn cael effaith
9.—(1) Yn ddarostyngedig i baragraff (2) a (3), mae hysbysiad a gyflwynir o dan reoliad 7(1) neu (2) neu reoliad 8(1) yn cael effaith 28 o ddiwrnodau ar ôl y dyddiad y cyflwynwyd yr hysbysiad.
(2) Pan fo hysbysiad yn pennu cyfnod, mae’r hysbysiad yn cael effaith pan ddaw’r cyfnod hwnnw i ben.
(3) Pan fo apêl o dan reoliad 10 yn cael ei ddwyn, nid yw’r hysbysiad yn cael effaith hyd nes bod yr apêl wedi ei benderfynu neu ei dynnu yn ôl, oni bai bod y person penodedig sy’n penderfynu’r apêl yn cyfarwyddo hynny.
