Yr uchafswm rhagnodedig ar gyfer astudio a lleoliadau gwaith dramor
6. At ddibenion adran 5(3) o Ddeddf 2015, rhagnodir mai’r uchafswm yw £1,350 mewn cysylltiad â blwyddyn academaidd cwrs a ddarperir ar y cyd â sefydliad tramor:
(a)pryd y mae cyfanswm unrhyw gyfnodau o astudio llawnamser yn y sefydliad yn y Deyrnas Unedig yn llai na 10 wythnos; neu
(b)os yw cyfanswm unrhyw un neu ragor o gyfnodau o bresenoldeb nad ydynt yn gyfnodau o astudio llawnamser yn y sefydliad yn y Deyrnas Unedig (gan ddiystyru gwyliau yn y cyfamser), mewn cysylltiad â’r flwyddyn academaidd honno ac unrhyw flynyddoedd academaidd blaenorol ar y cwrs, yn fwy na 30 wythnos.
